BYO T-Shirt Printing Policy – The Custom T-Shirt Shop

Legal Agreement

  •  By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with The Custom T-Shirt Shop and agree to our terms and conditions.

Artwork and Ownership

  •  The customer assumes full ownership and responsibility for all artwork provided or used.
  •  The Custom T-Shirt Shop does not perform copyright or trademark checks.
  •  Customers must ensure they have necessary permissions for all artwork used.

Artwork Creation and Retention

  •  The Custom T-Shirt Shop does not provide artwork creation services.
  •  Any artwork created at customer request will be at the customer’s expense.
  •  All artwork created by The Custom T-Shirt Shop remains our property and will not be supplied to the customer in any format.

Errors and Replacements

  •  For customer-provided garments (BYO), if an error occurs we cannot source replacements or offer reimbursements for errors. (Please be aware this is possible.)
  •  Customers should supply extra garments to cover any potential errors.

Returns

  •  Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt for damaged or faulty garments/prints only.
  •  Returned items must show no signs of wear and tear or makeup stains.
  •  Returns not accepted for change of mind or customer-approved errors (spelling, punctuation, grammar).

Care Instructions

  •  Customers must follow provided care instructions to maintain product integrity.

BYO T-Shirts and Apparel

  •  Customers assume all risks when supplying their own garments.
  •  The Custom T-Shirt Shop cannot guarantee print quality on BYO garments.
  •  We exercise care but accept no responsibility for BYO garment outcomes.

Color Considerations

  •  Digital designs may not precisely match printed products.
  •  We cannot reproduce fluorescent and neon colors.

Customer Responsibility

  •  Customers must review all proofs or examples before approval.
  •  Any inquiries or clarifications should be addressed before order placement.

Order Cancellation

Turnaround Time

  •  Our standard handling time is 6 to 10 Business Days, Same Day and Express Printing are not available fro BYO Orders unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment Terms

  •  All BYO Orders require full payment prior to being added to the print que and our handling times starting.

Liability Limitation

  •  The Custom T Shirt Shop under some circumstances accept limited liability, but in general when printing on BYO Garments the customer accepts the risk and liability.
