Important Information Regarding Christmas Dates and Cutoffs

*** Our Store is now closed for the Christmas Holidays of 2025, We will still be processing orders during our Close, but please be aware of the estimated print dates as we are unable to do any orders Earlier***

 

Christmas Dates and Information

We will be CLOSING on the 23^rd of December 2024 at 12:00pm. During the Christmas and New Year period we will continue to process and print web orders on non-public holiday dates. We will resume normal trading hours from the 4^th of January 2025. During this period we will not be answering phone calls or responding to email inquiries, and our store will be closed to the public.

AS Colour have advised us that Due to their Black Friday Sale there are significant delays on shipping of orders from them, any orders of AS Colour goods that we do not have in stock will be affected by this and could delay your order past the expected Print Dates.

Christmas Orders

During this busy time of the year we will only be able to take orders done through our Website, we will not be able to take email or phone orders during this time.

Christmas cut off times:

This year is going to be difficult with Australia Post already having 2–3 business day delays in November, and having early postal guarantee dates. Whilst we will continue to print right up to our store closure date (23^rd December at 12:00pm), we strongly recommend getting your orders in early this year to avoid disappointment.

This year, Australia Post-delivery guide has indicated a cut of date for STANDARD PARCEL POST to arrive prior to Christmas is Friday 13^th December. For EXPRESS POST the cut of date is 20th December, please note we only send express post with our ‘Same Day’ or ‘Express’ options online.  

Various wholesalers have advised a cut of ordering date is Thursday the 12^th December. Any orders made after this date that we need to order stock for will NOT be receive prior to Christmas.

As you can see these dates are much earlier than in previous years.

We can’t guarantee any cut off dates to get your order to you by Christmas this year we recommend getting in early this year to avoid disappointment.

We have provided below as a guide for you

All orders that require post should be made prior to Monday the 4^th December (as grantee delivery for post is the 13th December as per the recommendations made by Australia Post). Please note, we will continue to post and ship your deliveries after this date however we cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.

Local Pick Up and Local Shipping Information:

• General website orders placed before the ^4th December
• On-Sale orders placed before the 4^th December
• BYO Orders placed before the 4^th December
• Express Orders placed before the 17^th December
• Same Day Orders placed before 10:00am on the 20^nd December

Orders made outside of these dates cannot be guaranteed before Christmas.

Please remember we have little to no control over post once it leaves us, so please use consideration when ordering T Shirts and apparel that require post.

Our Store will be closed from the 12.00pm 23^rd December and will re-open on the 9.00am 4^th January.

We will continue to process and print orders on the non-public holidays over the break, all orders will need to be placed on our website. There will be a delay in answering your phone calls and emails during this time.

All orders received after our Wholesalers Close (20st December) will not be able to be ordered until the 8^th January  when the majority of our wholesalers return from the Christmas/New Year break.
