Holiday Closure Dates
We will be closing on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025 at 12:00 pm.
During the Christmas and New Year period, we’ll continue to process and print website orders on non-public holiday dates.
📅 Normal trading hours resume Monday, 5th January 2026.
Please note:

All orders must be placed through our website through this time.
🎁 Christmas Orders & Cut-Off Dates
From Monday, 17th November 2025, we will only accept orders placed via our website, we won’t be able to take phone or email orders during this busy period.
Due to Australia Post delays (2-3 business days) and earlier delivery guarantees, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
📦 Australia Post Delivery Deadlines (Guide Only)

⚠️ Please note: While we’ll continue to print right up until 12 pm, 23rd December, we cannot guarantee delivery times once parcels are lodged with Australia Post.
🏭 Wholesaler Ordering Deadlines
Most wholesalers will close on Wednesday, 17th December 2025.
Any orders requiring additional stock after this date cannot be fulfilled until Monday, 19th January 2026, when suppliers return from their holiday break.
🚫 BYO Orders
As of Saturday, 1st November 2025, we will not be taking any BYO orders until Monday, 5th January 2026, due to the Christmas rush.
Please plan ahead and place any BYO orders early to avoid disappointment.
🚚 Recommended Order Dates
To help you plan ahead, here’s a quick guide:

Orders made outside these dates cannot be guaranteed for pre-Christmas completion or delivery.
