We take customer service seriously, we have around one hundred, five-star reviews on Google, and we are proud of this.

If for some reason you think there is a problem with your order contact us and we will work with you to sort it out.

We work hard to get customers what they need when they need it. We do not control the freight companies and have little control over the process once it leaves us.

At around Christmas time each year we do get extra busy and our handling times may stretch out a little. We will work with our customers to get them what they need for Christmas where ever we can. A little planning around this time of year goes a long way to avoiding disappointment.
